Lawyer Gianfranco Carbone was born in Trieste on 13 January 1951.
He graduated from the University of Trieste with a dissertation on
Corporate Law and has been a bar member since 1986. He is a lawyer 
at the Supreme Court of Cassation.
Prior to enrollment at the Bar he worked as a professional journalist.
His activity focuses primarily in the fields of labour law,
administrative law and immigration law.

Lawyer Lorenza Guglielmone was born in Trieste on 15 April 1961. She graduated from the University of Trieste with a dissertation on Civil Law and has been registered with the bar of Trieste since 1989.
Over the years she has developed a professional experience in the field of civil law and especially of property rights, family law, inheritance and contracts. Since the year 2000, she has increasingly devoted her attention to the world of business, examining in particular the managerial aspects and out-of-court law in companies and in the field of European funding. This has led her to acquire a deeper managerial experience, especially with regard to tender procedures, employment relations, company law and cooperative law.

Lawyer Francesca Giuressi was born in Trieste on 10 April 1964. She graduated in law from the University of Trieste with a dissertation on Commercial Law and was admitted to the Bar of Trieste in 1994.
She works with civil law, with particular attention to issues of family law, property and condominium; a tutor and support administrator, she is in the list of accredited mediators of the Chamber of Commerce of Trieste.
